Unfortunately, Chistians often struggle with establishing stability, thus remaining mired in a cycle of crisis and setbacks. As Paul begins the final chapter of Philippians, he outlines 6 principles of spiritual stability. The first is unity which fosters a nurturing environment for believers to grow. Second, joy allows the beleiver to delight properly in God and not to attach one's satisfaction in our shifting circumstances. We will look at more principles next week.
