Jesus as our High Priest is one of his least understood roles. This is unfortunate because it is both theologically rich and practically significant. Jesus' priesthood is superior to the priesthood of Aaron because of its purtiy, permanence, and propitiatory power. Presently, as our High Priest, Jesus is blessing and interceding for all believers. We briefly looked at scripture's teaching about the priesthood of believers.
