Pastor Bryan Sims
Family:
Bryan and and Angela were married in 2000. The Lord has since blessed them with three daughters. Bryan grew up in Rockville, MD just outside of Washington, DC.
Testimony:
Bryan saw a wonderful change in his brother's life who had recently become a Christian. At age 21, Bryan accepted God's gift of salvation by repenting of his sins and trusting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. A year later, he felt a strong calling to go into full-time Christian ministry. He wants to tell others that nothing can satisfy your deepest need to have a relationship with God, forgiveness of sins, and peace in this life and for eternity.

Something silly:
I failed my driving test 3 times and the written test a couple times. I felt better when I recently heard of a woman in Belgium who passed after her 38th try!
Drew East, Worship and Student Pastor
Family:
Drew and Melissa were married in the summof 2009. Drew grew up in Bakersfield, California.
Testimony;
Drew grew up seeing the Christian life, and love lived out by his parents and those of the church. He also heard the Gospel message many times in his early years and experienced a dire need for a Savior at the age of seven. He then repented of his sins and trusted Jesus as his Savior. At the age of sixteen Drew felt a call to the ministry while on a mission trip with his youth group. Drew wants all to know of the riches and "surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus" in comparison to all other thing in this life (Philippians 3:7-8)

Something Silly:
I am literally the worst hula-hooper in the world. I can't work the hula-hoop. My personal record for the most times a hula-hoop has spun around my waist without stopping is a whopping one and a half. I sincerely believe it is impossible for me to learn this superhuman skill.
Dan Hanle - Elder
Dan has been a member of Southbury Baptist Church for 18 years along with Carolyn, his wife, and their two children, Donny and Elizabeth. The last 11 years he has held the role of Elder. Elizabeth and Donny are currently both in college.
Through the years at Southbury Baptist and at other churches, Dan has held various roles such as Deacon and Sunday School teacher, and Youth Leader. A special note is that Dan has had the wonderful opportunity to baptize both of his children. An engineer by training, Dan has worked for both large and small firms as well as being self- employed.
